The Increasing Land Access, Security and Opportunities Act will help young and new farmers in rural Iowa and communities across the country:
- Provide critical funding focused on strengthening land, capital, and market access for underserved farmers.
- Help farmers and ranchers cover costs and down payments to acquire land and make improvements on purchased land.
- Prioritize financial resources for collaborative partnerships and innovation for the next generation of production and farming.
- Build a committee of key stakeholders to ensure the program’s success.
Bottom line: Iowa serves a vital purpose of feeding and fueling the world and I will never stop fighting for our farmers who make this possible.
