Ottumwa, Iowa – Due to an extensive renovation that requires all tenants to vacate Ottumwa City Hall, U.S. Representative Zach Nunn (IA-03) today announced a new location for the Iowa 3rd District Ottumwa office, effective immediately, at 223 East Main Street in Ottumwa, Iowa.
“My top priority in Congress is providing exceptional constituent services and support to Iowans,” said Rep. Nunn. “Our new office is open for business, and I encourage everyone who needs it to stop by to receive assistance.”
On September 6, 2023, the City of Ottumwa Administrator informed tenants of City Hall that due to asbestos removal, a remodel of the first floor, and replacement of the HVAC system, tenants would be required to vacate the building for an extended period of time. Due to this requirement, Rep. Nunn is moving his Ottumwa office to the address listed below effective immediately:

Ottumwa, Iowa 52501
The 3rd District office locations in Creston and Des Moines also remain open, and mobile office hours are being held across the Iowa 3rd District to meet with Iowans where they live. Mobile office hour locations and times for October will be announced soon.
