WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Representative Zach Nunn (IA-03) was named to the top ten most bipartisan members of Congress in the 118th Congress, according to a new report released by the non-partisan Lugar Center and the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
“In the Air Force, I learned that no successful mission can be completed alone,” said Rep. Nunn. “That’s why I’m committed to reaching across the aisle to work with those who are willing to roll up their sleeves, have hard conversations, and find real solutions to the problems that face Iowa families. While partisan bickering is often what grabs headlines, I’m proud of the difference we’ve been able to make for Iowa families by working in a bipartisan way.”
During his first term, more than 80% of the bills Rep. Nunn introduced garnered bipartisan support. Nearly 90% of the bills he has helped pass have been bipartisan. He is a cosponsor of more than 110 bills that are led by Democrats.
