The crisis at our Southern Border is putting our communities in jeopardy. In the past four years, nearly 8 million illegal immigrants have crossed the border.
The open-border policies from this Administration are putting every community at risk. Just last week, a twelve-year-old girl named Jocelyn was brutally murdered. The two men charged with her murder are migrants who illegally crossed the border in March.
It is beyond time to act. Today, I voted to secure our border and protect our communities by:
- Finishing the border wall
- Supporting border patrol agents on the frontline
- Removing dangerous illegal immigrants from our country
Make no mistake – securing the border is mission critical. I won’t stop fighting until our children are safe at home.
