We kicked off a busy week fighting for Iowans by introducing a bipartisan bill to support, fortify, and protect our water supply for Iowa’s business, agriculture industry, and families.
The Cybersecurity for Rural Water Systems Act of 2023 will protecting Iowa’s water utilities by:
- Bolstering funding for rural communities to combat cyber attacks
- Improving technical support for underserved rural communities
Protecting Iowa’s water supply against cyber terrorism is mission critical to our efforts to keep Iowan’s safe and healthy.
