I am excited to announce that the submission window is now open for the nationwide high school Congressional Art Competition put on by the U.S. House of Representatives every year. This is a great opportunity to showcase Iowa’s artistic ability and portray our state on the national level.
Iowa’s students have a lot to offer, and I cannot wait to see the submissions we receive.
We’ll have four total winners: one selected by a panel of judges to have their artwork on display at the U.S. Capitol for the next year. Online voting by the public will choose the other three winners whose artwork will be displayed in our Des Moines office.
