Since Israel was brutally attacked on October 7, I’ve been unwavering in my support for our greatest ally in the Middle East.
Recently, the House of Representatives and Senate pledged support for Israel by providing them with critical military and defense assistance. Let me be clear: this pledge passed with overwhelming support from both sides of the aisle. Unfortunately, this Administration has dropped the ball and is continuing to play games with this critical aid that Israel is relying on.
In response, I just took a strong stance to ensure our strongest ally in the Middle East gets the support she needs. The Israel Security Assistance Support Act, which I just voted for, would prohibit the President from withholding aid and require that the Administration quickly send all permitted aid to Israel.
Bottom Line: I will always stand with Israel in her fight to eradicate Hamas.
