It’s official – we have a winner for the Iowa Third Congressional District 2024 Congressional Art Competition! 
This year’s overall winner is Blake Foster from Griswold High School. This June, Blake will have the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. to see his artwork on display in person in the United States Capitol. In addition, he and 435 other winners will mix and mingle at the official unveiling while visiting our nation’s capitol.
We also have selected three art pieces to be displayed in our Des Moines, Ottumwa, and Creston district offices. This year’s People’s Choice Award Winners are….
