Over the weekend, we learned the tragic news that Hamas brutally murdered six hostages, including American Hersh Goldberg-Polin. These innocent people should be at home with their families but instead were murdered by barbaric terrorists.
My heart is with their families and loved ones. And I firmly believe that the U.S. and Israel must defeat Hamas and hold them accountable for their acts of terror.
Since the brutal terror attacks last October, I’ve led the charge to stand up and fight for Israel: 
- Show full support for Israel as they dealt with the aftermath of the horrific and unprovoked attack on October 7, 2023
- Hold Iran accountable for providing financial support to Hamas and funding acts of terrorism against our allies 
- Bring home Iowans trapped in Israel following the attacks, even when the State Department wouldn’t do what was needed to get the job done
Bottom Line: I will never waver in my support of our strongest ally in the Middle East.  Â
