Small businesses are the backbone of our rural communities. Too often, unnecessary red tape creates roadblocks when trying to grow and create jobs. That’s why I’m working to make it easier for rural entrepreneurs to access the capital they need.

With that goal in mind, I cosponsored a bipartisan bill that streamlines regulations and provides more investment opportunities for small businesses in rural Iowa. By cutting the bureaucratic red tape and reducing regulatory burdens, we’re helping these businesses expand, hire more workers in our community, and strengthen our local economies.
Bottom Line: We can’t let rural communities fall behind – and that includes the small businesses that create jobs. I’ll keep fighting to ensure our small towns have every opportunity to succeed.
