Being a senior in Iowa should mean more time with family, more freedom, and less worry. But lately, the cost of everyday essentials keeps climbing — making it harder to keep up with everyday life. 

The problem: Iowa seniors are feeling squeezed by rising costs at the supermarket, the gas pump, and the drug store. Even in a state known for affordability, too many folks are finding their retirement dollars don’t go as far as they used to.
