Merry Christmas and happy holidays!
As we celebrate this holiday season, Kelly and I are taking time to reflect on the blessings in our lives — our faith, our family, and the honor of serving such an incredible Iowa community.
With six kids under one roof, the Nunn household is full of energy, laughter, and plenty of wrapping paper – but above all, it’s full of gratitude. This season is a reminder to slow down, cherish the moments that matter most, and give thanks for the simple gifts that we sometimes overlook.
As Iowans gather around the table and the tree — and celebrate in many different ways — we also pause to remember those who won’t be home for the holidays. We’re grateful for their service, and we keep them and their families facing an empty seat at the table in our prayers for strength, peace, and a safe return.
